About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated People & Culture Intern to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People and Culture within a world-class luxury hospitality environment while contributing to an exceptional employee experience.
What You Will Do
As a People & Culture Intern, you will be the first friendly and welcoming face that employees, candidates, and visitors encounter when entering our office. You will provide administrative and clerical support to the department while ensuring a professional, efficient, and positive experience for all internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A positive, outgoing personality and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time internship starting in August 2026 and lasting six months. Candidates must hold valid authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
