ABOUT THE ROLE:
We deliver innovative mechanical engineering solutions for ground and space-based optical applications.
We are looking for a PROGRAM MANAGER who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage risks, resources, and timelines to achieve program success.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

Co-ordination and control of overall project tasks

Sub-contractors management

Project and Management Plan preparation (Schedule and costs control, Progress Reporting and control)

Risk management and corrective actions implementation

Risk Assessment Report and Register preparation and maintenance

Change Request Management
-
Co-ordination of Configuration and Documentation activity

Support to Procurement for suppliers management
-
Reviews & meetings planning, preparation and attendance
YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM MANAGER
-
University degree in technical fields
-
Mechanical background is considered as a preference
-
2 years experience in a technical role
-
2 year experience in Program Management
-
Strong problem-solving attitude

Proactive attitude

Team work player

Good communication skills

Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-language, multi-cultural team

Good knowledge of the English language both read and spoken
