We are looking for a Senior HR Administration Specialist to join our HR Admin team and support payroll and personnel administration activities for our digital and retail teams.
The role combines operational payroll management, HR administration and process improvement, offering the opportunity to develop expertise across different countries and HR systems. This is not just an operational role: it’s an opportunity to transform payroll, making it more digital, efficient and scalable.
What you'll do:
Support end-to-end multi-country payroll activities (across Italy, Switzerland, France, UK, USA, Netherlands, Spain, Monaco), working closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Manage personnel administration processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, contractual changes and terminations.
Collect, validate and maintain payroll and employee data, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and administrative matters.
Support the implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives and digital tools within payroll and HR administration activities.
Collaborate with People and Finance teams to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in this role, within a multi-country environment.
Solid knowledge of Italian payroll processes and labor administration practices is a must. Exposure to multi-country payroll processes or international payroll environments will be considered a preferred qualification.
Advanced Excel skills, analytical mindset and confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
Experience using HRIS, payroll systems or workforce management tools.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Curiosity towards digitalization, process optimization and AI applications in HR.
Native-level Italian and a good command of English.

Compensation package within a range of €32,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary, plus meal vouchers.
