ISSUE RESOLUTION ACCELERATION, FIELD QUALITY & WAT GOVERNANCE
We are looking for a Warranty Acceleration Team (WAT) Quality Specialist – WIRING HARNESS with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a structured approach to problem solving, capable of supporting the acceleration of wiring harness issue resolution.
The candidate will join a cross-functional Team, with the mission to increase customer protection by accelerating field issue resolution, improving coordination across stakeholders, and ensuring effective governance of quality topics.
The role will support the WAT Leader in driving daily operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment across Quality, Engineering, Plants, and Control Tower.
The main mission of the role is to support the coordination, prioritization, and closure of field quality issues, ensuring timely actions and full KPI compliance.
Main Activities:
- Support daily WAT operations, including issue tracking, prioritization, and assignment in alignment with Quality and Control Tower.
- Monitor and analyze WAT KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met:

Coverage of issues by Quality / Control Tower

Issues occurrence in PPM at 3MIS

Time to Fix (# of issues closed within Quality timing targets)
- Drive data analysis and reporting, leveraging advanced Excel skills to ensure clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support the WAT Leader in organizing and facilitating daily and periodic meetings, ensuring proper follow-up of actions and escalation when needed.
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders (Quality, Engineering, Plants, Suppliers, Control Tower, AfterSales), promoting fast decision-making and issue resolution.
- Track and follow-up issue resolution progress, ensuring closure within defined timelines and proper implementation of corrective actions.
- Enable structured communication and visibility on critical issues, risks, and priorities.
- Support continuous improvement of WAT processes and tools, contributing to increased efficiency and standardization of issue management.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel knowledge (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
