Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Reports To: District Manager / Regional Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales growth, operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction. You will be the face of the brand in the local market, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience while maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Profitability:
- Drive store sales to meet and exceed established targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and shrinkage, to ensure budget adherence.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing store team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered by all team members.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operations & Inventory Management:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and oversee merchandising resets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
