Proven experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a tour operations or customer service role.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant travel software and booking systems .
Fluency in English and, given our Florence location, proficiency in Italian is a significant advantage. Additional languages are a plus!
