Job Description
Il Field Service Engineer è responsabile dell’esecuzione dell’installazione, manutenzione e riparazione di sistemi tecnologici Smiths Detection installati presso i clienti. Il ruolo richiede competenze tecniche avanzate, capacità di problem solving e orientamento al cliente.
Responsabilita’
- Eseguire interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su impianti e apparecchiature.
- Diagnosticare e risolvere guasti elettronici, meccanici o software.
- Installare nuovi sistemi e supportare l’avviamento presso il cliente.
- Redigere report tecnici e documentazione di servizio.
- Gestire le relazioni con i clienti durante gli interventi, garantendo un alto livello di soddisfazione.
- Collaborare con il team tecnico interno per la risoluzione di problematiche complesse.
- Mantenere aggiornato l’inventario dei ricambi e degli strumenti di lavoro.
