Experience in HR operations, including recruitment support and HR administration.
Working knowledge of HR systems (preferably Workday and Zucchetti).
Basic understanding of payroll processes and time & attendance management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate events, meetings, and training activities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical abilities for preparing reports and handling HR data.
