Cross Project Senior PMO:
Your role
As a Cross Project Senior PMO your role will entail:
Driving key strategic cross-functional projects and facilitating change.
Providing weekly and monthly dashboards, and effectively communicating project progress to business stakeholders.
Collaborating on deliverables and work products required by the program, such as PowerPoint presentations, data analysis, communications messages, and program plans and strategies.
Establishing and nurturing valuable relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
Contributing to peer development by offering coaching and mentorship on complex project management and PMO activities.
Requirements
Bachelor ‘s degree;
Possess 8 to 10 years of professional experience in similar PMO positions.
Previous experience in IT consulting and the insurance sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to influence key project stakeholders and effectively drive change.
Proficiency in operating within a multicultural environment and a matrix organization with C-level executives.
Excellent relational, communication, team management, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks/methodologies is beneficial.
Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
