The selected candidate will contribute to the development and management of relationships with institutional counterparties and will support the distribution of debt transactions and credit risk transfer solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional counterparties (real money), with a particular focus on:
- top-tier insurance companies (credit risk insurance)
- Lloyd’s of London syndicates (synthetic risk transfer structures)
- Distribute financing transactions in both cash and synthetic formats
- Structure and place credit risk transfer solutions, with a focus on credit risk insurance
- Coordinate activities with internal teams (origination, structuring, legal)
- Independently manage complex projects and oversee involved resources
- Prepare commercial documentation and marketing materials
- Drive business development and expand the network of counterparties
- 12-15+ years of experience in top tier consultancy firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Kearney, KPMG, PWC, Accenture, Deloitte), preferably within Financial Advisory / Debt Advisory / Capital Markets
- Proven track record in the execution of debt transactions, with exposure to private debt funds
- Experience or exposure to synthetic structures and credit risk transfer transactions
- Strong commercial mindset
- Ability to operate independently
- Leadership and team management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Established network with institutional counterparties
- Experience with insurance companies and the Lloyd’s market is considered a plus
- Ability to work autonomously in managing transactions and teams
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English

- Gross annual salary starting from €100,000
