Based in the historic center of Rome, TopBike Rental & Tours is a tour operator specialized in organizing guided bike tours in and around Rome. Years of pursuit of the ideal of top-quality service has allowed our company to become the first-ranking among Rome's Tour Operators on Tripadvisor, as well as to thrive on a continuous and continuing growth path. Currently we offer guided tours in 6 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Italian) every day of the year, while welcoming around 20 000 customers on tours and working with 30 tour leaders.
We are now looking to expand our team of collaborators with bike tour leaders fluent in both English and (preferential) a second language between German or French.
We offer a freelance-type collaboration involving:
- work with a dynamic and ambitious company, enriched by a diverse, international environment;
- a seasonal collaboration in which the number of assignments is proportional to the availability offered by the guide.
- part-fixed and part-variable (performance-based) remuneration, paid on a monthly basis. Payment for tours is per assignment (not hourly), but for comparison purposes this job ad references the range of 17-25 euro/hour. The figures in this range are to be intended as gross amounts, and the variability between the two extremities is due to the variable, performance-based bonus amount. The figures exclude gratuities. The majority of our guides consistently earn over 20 euro/hour (before Tax and excl. Gratuities).
