Cyber Security Program Manager:
We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Program Manager to lead the delivery and governance of multiple security initiatives across a complex international IT environment. The successful candidate will coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams, ensuring the successful execution of strategic cybersecurity programs and remediation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple cybersecurity workstreams, including:
Vulnerability Management
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Backup & Resilience
Security Compliance and Risk Reduction initiatives
Act as the primary coordination point between security teams, IT teams, and external suppliers
Drive program governance, planning, execution, and reporting activities
Define priorities, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies
Provide guidance to IT teams on cybersecurity requirements, remediation approaches, and best practices
Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure timely resolution of issues
Produce executive-level reporting and status updates for senior stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of security processes and operational effectiveness
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Project or Program Management within cybersecurity environments
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, particularly:
Vulnerability Management
IAM
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Security Governance
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate technical findings into business-oriented recommendations
Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification
CISSP, CISM, or other Cyber Security certifications
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Work Location: Full Remote.
We are looking for VAT-registered professionals (Partita IVA) available to collaborate, with a daily rate between € 300 and € 330.
