VRV, a Chart Industries Group company, is a leading industrial firm with more than 60 years of international experience in both the design and manufacture of pressure equipment for the Oil & Gas sectors and the engineering and fabrication of insulation tanks for gas distribution and storage in the cryogenic sector, as well as in the automotive HLNG business.
We are looking for a General Operator to join our team in the Cryogenic division.
Salary Range: € 25.000 - € 35.000
Your Daily Activities will be…
- Work safely on production machinery, adhering to company procedures and workplace safety regulations.
- Contribute to the production of components and finished products, meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
- Position tanks in the assigned department;
- Set up the equipment needed to perform assigned tasks;
- Manage operations using a PLC-controlled semi-automatic process;
Requirements & Qualifications…
- High school diploma in a technical field, preferably in mechanics, or equivalent qualification;
- Previous experience in the metalworking industry;
- Previous experience in the pressure vessel or cryogenic sector is preferred;
- Proficiency in using workshop and metal fabrication equipment;
- Ability to read technical/mechanical drawings;
- Basic welding skills (MIG/TIG) or willingness to undergo in-house training in this area;
- Certifications for operating overhead cranes, aerial work platforms (AWP), and mobile aerial platforms (MAP) are preferred;
- Punctuality and adherence to work hours;
- Curiosity, reliability, and a proactive attitude round out the profile we are seeking.
