You develop concepts, create native content and own the process from first idea to final edit. Working closely with our Social Media Managers, you bring content calendars to life and push creative boundaries every day.

You are the voice of the brand in the daily dialogue with the community, managing comments, DMs and mentions with care, sensitivity and a deep understanding of each platform’s language

You actively foster engagement by starting conversations and building meaningful, long term relationships between brand and community

You publish and schedule content based on editorial calendars, ensuring precision, consistency and strong alignment with platform logic and best practices

You publish and schedule content following content calendars, ensuring absolute precision, consistency and full respect of platform-native logic

You closely monitor social channels, flagging insights, trends, conversations and cultural moments relevant to the brand while keeping content and interactions fully aligned with tone of voice and brand positioning

You contribute to reporting and community feedback analysis, helping turn what happens online into clear and useful insights for the team

You have a genuine passion for social media, communities and digital culture, and a deep understanding of how different communities behave and evolve across platforms

You bring an almost obsessive attention to detail: from captions to emojis, from timings to comments, nothing goes live without your full focus

You stay constantly tuned into trends, formats, creators and platform dynamics and naturally bring them into daily work

You navigate Instagram and TikTok with confidence, work comfortably in scheduling and publishing tools, and ideally bring at least six months of experience from an agency environment

You communicate fluently in English and Italian, use AI tools actively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, precision and proactivity are the baseline

Co-founded by Lara Daniel and Christoph Kastenholz in 2014, Pulse Advertising was born with a vision to make advertising meaningful. What we do? We enable brands to win and retain customers on social media, and do all that works for that: influencer marketing, paid social advertising and social media management. By today, we have grown to offices across several countries, and a team of 100+ people, all pursuing that 1 vision. We are thought leaders in our space, and believe in sharing that journey with other people who are ambitious and think big!
