At least 4/6 years of experience in implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and structured project lifecycles.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configurations.
Autonomy in managing assigned tasks, while recognizing when to ask for support.
Interest in HR processes and a strong motivation toward digital transformation.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team.
Open to short, medium, and long-term travel to client sites.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €34.000 to €44.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
