- Education: Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology (CTF), or related disciplines. A Master’s in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or APICS certification is preferred.
- Experience: At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role coordinating structured teams.
- Industry: Experience in the Chemical-Pharmaceutical sector (or Biotech/Medical Device) is essential, including in-depth knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations.
- Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4HANA, modules PP/MM/WM).
o Excellent knowledge of planning methodologies (S&OP, MPS, MRP).
o Solid understanding of warehouse operations and stock management.
o Knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and Track & Trace systems (preferred).
o Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP) are a plus.
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (minimum B2/C1 level, written and spoken).

- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
