About us
Chinese-Indonesian Restaurant Kota Radja is a well-known and welcoming restaurant in Posterholt, where traditional Chinese-Indonesian dishes are combined with quality and service.
Responsibilities:
- preparing ingredients in-house
- application of basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s).
Job requirements:
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
What we offer:
Market-rate salary between €2,510 and €3,050 gross per month (depending on experience, according to the Hospitality CLA - Job Group V)
Salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA
Meals during working hours
Travel allowance (if applicable)
