The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary (RAL) will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final gross annual salary higher than the indicated amount.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a profit-sharing component on projects, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
