The position offers a permanent contract, and the minimum gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experience, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the above-mentioned level.
In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component for direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual annual growth budget of €4,000 net for skill development, and an annual welfare credit.
