Accountabilities
Scope: The aspects of ERM business that the job is designed to positively impact
Measuring Impact; The nature of the job’s influence on business results. Recognising that the influence can be direct or indirect. Details of how impact is measured (BSC)
Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit programme.
Completion of tasks within project budget and time requirements.
Identification of efficiencies in carrying out deliverable related tasks
Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of outputs produced to deliver client service excellence.
Project risk should be minimised by compliance with the project plan, PIC sign off of deliverables and the ERM risk management process
Freedom to act: The extent to which the job is empowered to take action / make decisions
Works under supervision and in line with standard working practices, procedures and specific instructions.
Operates within the overarching governance requirements of ERM including PiC/PM model and authorisation levels

The recommended recruiting range for this role is 28.000 – 32.000
