SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
At Sereno Hotels, we craft experiences that define contemporary luxury. We are currently seeking a passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving the continued evolution of our brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional with a natural talent for building relationships, a strong commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for the world of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives across the Sereno portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with travel advisors, luxury agencies, corporate clients, and key partners.
- Identify new business opportunities across leisure and corporate segments.
- Represent Sereno Hotels at international events, trade shows, and client engagements.
- Strengthen brand presence across luxury distribution channels (LHW, Virtuoso, AMEX FHR, etc.).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the luxury hospitality landscape.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and support special projects, events, and partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or luxury travel.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent English; Italian preferred. Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and willingness to travel frequently.
- Legal right to work in Italy.

Contract Details
- 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.
- Based in Milan, with regular travel to Lake Como and internationally (including St. Barth and major industry events).
