AI/ML Engineer:
TXT InfraWise, a company within the TXT Group, is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with at least 6 years of experience in the role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and deploying machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions to support business processes and products.
Main responsibilities:
Develop supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, and, where applicable, deep learning models;
Prepare datasets, perform feature engineering, and build training and inference pipelines;
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into business systems;
Optimize model performance, scalability, and latency;
Implement model testing, monitoring, and retraining practices;
Document architectures, experiments, and results;
Support the transition from prototype to production.
Required technical skills:
Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, Pandas, and PyTorch;
Knowledge of SQL and data management;
Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization;
Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring concepts;
Ability to work in agile and multidisciplinary environments.
Optional technical skills:
Experience with AI projects in production;
Knowledge of distributed systems and data pipelines;
Experience with tools for versioning experiments and models.
The ideal candidate also possesses strong time management skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a strong focus on achieving goals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
