About the Role
FlexLink dba HAPA is a leading provider of industrial printing solutions serving pharmaceutical customers throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The Customer Service team plays a critical role in supporting our customers by managing orders and inquiries related to spare parts, inks, and printing plates for our equipment and systems.
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support the continued growth of our ink business. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with order processing, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an organized and customer-focused individual to contribute to a growing segment of the business while gaining exposure to the pharmaceutical packaging and printing industry.
In this role you are responsible for:
- Assist in creation of quotations and sales orders in SAP
- Monitor open orders to determine when shipments are due
- Creation of documentation for inks as required by customers
- Creation of shipping orders in SAP
- Maintenance of ink batch database in Excel
What You Need to Be Successful
- Excel proficiency
- Detail oriented
- SAP experience
- 3 to 5+ years in customer service environment
