Rivertrend Boutique is a refined women’s fashion and accessories store located in the heart of Florence, specializing in contemporary luxury, premium accessories, and fashion jewelry.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Assistant to join our boutique team and provide an exceptional shopping experience to an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with a personalized and luxury-oriented approach
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure excellent client satisfaction
- Support daily sales activities and contribute to achieving boutique targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Assist with stock organization and daily boutique operations
- Represent the Rivertrend image with professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury fashion, women’s accessories, or premium retail
- Strong passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience
- Fluent English required; additional languages are considered a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented personality
- Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Italian work authorization required
