WHAT YOU WILL DO
No two days at sea are the same. You’ll be at the heart of the onboard retail experience, connecting with guests and turning every interaction into a memorable moment.
- Welcome guests and create engaging conversations to understand their needs and preferences
- Deliver a high-quality shopping experience, recommending products and promotions to drive sales
- Achieve individual and team targets (revenue, KPIs, conversion rate, average transaction value)
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are always well presented and available
- Support operational tasks such as restocking, inventory management and handling deliveries
- Use POS systems efficiently to ensure accurate transactions and application of promotions
- Proactively manage guest feedback, ensuring fast and effective resolution
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive environment and maximize onboard revenue
WHO YOU ARE

Required
- Secondary school diploma (preferably in hospitality or tourism)
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work with KPIs
- English level B1 or higher to communicate with an international guest base
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with passion for sales and guest experience
- Team spirit, adaptability and positive attitude
Nice to have
- Additional European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish) at B1/B2 level
- Experience in multicultural environments
- Interest in retail trends, fashion and product knowledge
- Experience in luxury or guest service environments is a plus
