The position includes a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €38,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and, upon completing the selection process while evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, it may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an annual budget of €4,000 net for skill development, and an annual welfare credit.
