As a UI Designer at RGI, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual consistency of our insurance platforms.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and domain experts to transform complex insurance processes into intuitive, modern, and efficient user interfaces.
This is a role for someone who combines strong design expertise with a practical understanding of enterprise software environments and enjoys collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex enterprise workflows, including policy administration, claims management, document handling, and reporting dashboards
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs throughout the product lifecycle
Build, maintain, and evolve a shared design system and component library aligned with brand, usability, and accessibility standards
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective user experiences
Support developers during implementation, ensuring design consistency and quality through design reviews and QA activities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of usability standards, interaction patterns, and user experience best practices
Promote a user-centered design approach across product and delivery teams
5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
Proven experience designing complex business applications and data-intensive user interfaces
Experience working within cross-functional product development teams
Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is considered a plus
Portfolio demonstrating enterprise-grade software products and end-to-end design projects
Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and design system management
Strong understanding of design systems and component-driven design methodologies
Experience designing complex data tables, dashboards, reporting tools, and multi-step business workflows
Solid knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS fundamentals
Understanding of front-end development concepts and collaboration with engineering teams
Experience using AI-powered development and design tools to accelerate prototyping and implementation activities
Ability to create interactive prototypes and effectively communicate design intent to technical teams
