ROLE OVERVIEW
the Chief Revenues Officer (CRO) is responsable for driving global revenue growth and market development, with full ownership across all channels including retail, e-commerce and selective distribution.
Based at the company’s headquarters in Florence, the CRO operates in a highly international environment, with frequent travel across key global markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO leads the entire commercial organization, with full responsability for sales, marketing and brand functions, ensuring alignment between revenue performance, brand positioning and customer experience.
As a member of the Excecutive Leadership Team, the CRO contributes to the company’s strategic direction including international expansion and long-term growth.
The role requires a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence and deep understanding of the luxury sectory.
The CRO will directly oversee and coordinate two core teams - brands & marketing and sales - ensuring strong collaboration, alignment and execution across fuctions. Success in this role requires excellent people management skills, the ability to lead and inspires international teams and a strong collaborative leadership style.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
STRATEGY & EXCETUTIVE LEADERSHIP
- Co-define company strategy and long-term growth plans with CEO
- Transalate strategy into actionable revenue plans
- Ensure alignment between commercial execution, marketing, and brand positioning
- Support decisions on pricing, distribution and brand development
- Monitor market trends and global opportunitues
COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP & GO-TO-MARKET
- Lead and integrate Sales, Marketing and brand functions
- Define and execute global go-to-market strategy
- Oversee key markets and strategic parternships
- Drive revenue growth while preserving brand equity
- Monitor KPIs and overall performance
RETAIL & EXPANSION
- Oversee global retail network performance
- Ensure high-end in-store experience standards
- Drive productivity and profitability
- Lead store expansion and location strategy

E-COMMERCE & OMNICHANNEL

EDUCATION & CULTURAL PROFILE
- Degree in business or related field
- MBA preferred
