We are looking for a business-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team in Vado Ligure . In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, supporting the organization in all people-related matters while helping drive business performance through effective HR strategies and practices.

As HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with managers and the leadership team to support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promote an inclusive, high performing culture across the organization, aligned with APM Terminals' values and
- Contribute to continuous learning and improvement approach and adoption of new lean ways of working, through capability building.
- Identify development needs and support the design and implementation of learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure training compliance and maintain accurate records in line with legal and company requirements (safety and security included).
- Manage activities related to interprofessional funds, ensuring effective access to available funding opportunities.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on people-related matters, organizational design, and workforce planning (WFP).
- Supporting leadership teams in managing performance, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
- Managing employee and labor relations topics, including interactions with employee representatives and trade unions.
- Coordinating and supporting key HR processes such as: Performance Management, MBO and goal-setting processes, Talent Review and Succession Planning, Employee Development initiatives.
- Supporting annual salary reviews, merit increase processes, and compensation & benefits initiatives.
- Leading and supporting engagement, change management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor legislation, and company procedures.
- Supporting the implementation of people strategies aligned with local, regional, and global business objectives.
- Overseeing learning and development activities, including mandatory health and safety training compliance.
We are seeking an influential HR professional with the ability to build strong relationships, challenge constructively, and drive business outcomes through people.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Progressive HR experience in an HR Business Partner, L&D, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Experience partnering with managers and leadership teams on organizational and people matters in industrial or international contexts.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Experience in industrial, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or port environments.
- Experience managing trade union relationships, collective agreements, and labor negotiations.
- Knowledge of compensation, rewards, and workforce planning processes.
- Experience supporting training compliance and capability development initiatives.
- Exposure to change management, organizational design, and employee engagement programs.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
