We are looking for an FF&E Coordinator & Procurement to join our Milan studio.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in coordination with multiple departments within a structured and fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will work alongside our Head of FF&E and Interior Selection Coordinator, covering two interconnected areas: interior selection support and full procurement ownership.
On the selection side, you’ll manage supplier correspondence, maintain comparison trackers and specification sheets, chase quotes and availability, and support the preparation of client-facing presentations.
On the procurement side, you’ll own the full cycle: purchase orders, order confirmations, payment tracking, invoice reconciliation, shipping coordination and customs documentation across multiple concurrent projects spanning Italy, UAE and the Middle East
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 2/4 years of experience in FF&E within an interior design studio – interior selection experience is essential
· Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Office Suite and AutoCAD
· Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong visual eye, with the ability to support content creation through careful image selection
· Ability to manage deadlines, priorities and multiple threads simultaneously without losing detail
· Professional level of English and Italian
· Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Office Suite and AutoCAD
· Based in Milan or available to relocate
