Our tour company is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team for the summer season as a Tour Coordinator at the Colosseum. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of tourists, ensuring that visits start on time, providing tickets to the guides and doing check ins. The assumption would be from as soon as possible until the end of October.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of tourists
- Ensure that visits start on time and run smoothly
- Provide tickets to guides and assist with any issues that arise during the visit
- Maintain excellent communication with both tourists and guides
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
