KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recording and verifying incoming invoices (Italy, EU, Non-EU) related to the purchase of goods and services.

Checking and registering import customs documents.

Processing general ledger entries and adjustment records.

Preparing tax compliance documentation in coordination with external consultants.

Supporting semi-annual closings in accordance with Group procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a similar role.

High school diploma in accounting or a degree in economics or related fields.

Basic knowledge of English.

Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
