The Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist works within the Air Logistics Function. The Air Logistics in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset and provides air shipping and air forwarding solutions to achieve customer performance goals. Partners with clients belonging to a wide spectrum of industries (Pharma Healthcare, Aerospace, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive and New Mobility, Industrial and High Tech) and offers a wide range of tailor-made and end-to-end services (i.e.: Time-Defined Products, Sea-Air, Charter Services, Cargo Insurance, Customs Clearance), leveraging digital transformation and providing sustainable shipping options for customers to decarbonise their transport. The air freight capacity is build upon our network with the most effective gateways and long-lasting strategic carrier relationships. Is part of the Operations pillar which aims to adapt a new way of working (Airfreight 2.0) through high Global Service utilization and smart integration via eTouch; efficiently coordinates the interaction of the Operational Care Center and Process and Systems teams with other stakeholders, like Customer Care Locations, Gateway and Procurement Teams.Focuses on Operational Care and helps deliver operational excellence while continuously optimizing the cost of production. Contribute to the development of Airfreight export/import operations, enhancing operational capabilities, and delivering increased profitability. Assists the Operational Care Centre between cost-efficiency and high-quality processing. Collaborates to make sure that operations are managed within the respective regulatory requirements associated with the functions of their teams and in alignment with industry and national regimes.

Help to optimize proceeedings to ensure development of Air Logistics operational Key Performance Indicators
Cooperation with other internal stakeholders
Ensure close cooperation with Customer Care Location, Systems and Process, Revenue Care, Warehouse and National Managers for optimized operations and gain specialized customer specific knowledge
Be part of Dangerous Goods support with certified knowledge as per IATA/ICAO regulations within the Operational Care Center
