For our boutique, we are currently looking for a motivated and competitive Sales Assistant to help customers find and purchase the products they desire. Responsibilities include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
· Maintain outstanding corner condition and visual merchandising standards
· Maintain a fully stocked corner
· Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
· Recommend and display items that match customer needs
· Welcome and greet customers
· Keep up to date with product information
· Accurately describe product features and benefits
· Follow all Company’s policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven working experience in retail sales
· A strong desire to achieve results
· Good standing
· Able to work in fast-paced environment
· A passion for the industry and brand
· Proficiency in English
· Additional languages beneficial
