Key Responsibilities
Guest Relation: Welcome guests warmly and ask how many people are in their party. Lead them to a clean, available table and offer any assistance they might need. Handle reservations in coordination with the Restaurant Reservation Team using 7Rooms. Keep an eye on the dining rooms to check for seating availability, service quality, safety, and the overall well-being of guests.
Cashier: Manage guest payments across the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company procedures. The role includes handling cash, credit card through the MICROS/POS system, verifying bills, and supporting daily cashier reconciliation activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Food & Beverage and Finance teams.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: previous experience in the same role or as waiter will be considered a plus
Languages: fluent Italian and English
This is a full time, seasonal position based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Retribuzione: €1.690,00 - €1.900,00 al mese
