About this vacancy

For an important client in the aerospace sector, we are looking for a Laser Engineer to be involved in the development and testing of laser systems.

You will be responsible for the design and alignment of optical benches, laser beam characterization, execution of tests, and data analysis. You will work with advanced EO instrumentation and contribute to the drafting of technical documentation, operating within structured teams.

What we expect from you

Master’s degree in Engineering or Physics, preferably with specialization in optics or laser technologies
PhD in optics/laser field considered a plus
1–3 years of professional experience in the sector
Skills in designing, building, and aligning optical benches for laser beam characterization
Experience in fiber optics processing
Execution of experimental activities
Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation (e.g., radiometers, oscilloscopes, photodiodes, spectroscopes)
Data acquisition and processing
Experience in drafting test plans and technical documentation
Good knowledge of LabVIEW or equivalents
Experience in clean rooms
