Omnichannel Brand Activation Marketer – Italy
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, your mission will be to oversee and implement retail brand activations across the Italian market, driving ROI and elevating customer experience through impactful omnichannel initiatives across the store network.
Responsibilities
Drive ROI-positive activations across retail touchpoints.
Manage retail activations for top-performing stores and key city locations.
Tailor activation plans to outlet locations and store formats.
Define and evaluate KPIs for each activation.
Develop local promotional strategies to drive business KPIs (traffic, ATV, CR%).
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and shopping centers.
Lead selected new store openings through tailor-made activation plans.
Monitor activation performance, budget, market trends, and competitor activity.
Share insights and recommendations with local and global marketing teams.
Foster strong collaboration across internal teams and external agencies.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.
Previous experience in retail marketing and omnichannel activation.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and analytical mindset.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative team player attitude

Salary range: 45.000€ - 55.000€
