Agilité is looking for the brightest industry talent to become our next generation as Finance Manager. The successful candidate has the important role of estimating the costs of future works. They are responsible for analysing the costs of construction projects to ensure the business can successfully respond to tenders.
As Agilité’s reputation and portfolio continue to grow, the Finance Manager will be accountable for overseeing budgets, monitoring costs and profit margins and guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in both the short and long term.
Key responsibilities will include managing each project’s overall financial position and matching it – or improving upon – pre-agreed targets, while also keeping an accurate track of all expenses, liabilities and projected costs through financial management tools.

Key Responsibilities.
· Manage preliminary and resource costs – while also having good knowledge of the project contractual terms – is key, as is the capability and confidence to predict and identify future risks or opportunities and associated costs/revenues,
· Identify and quantify the costs and activities required for all works included in the specifications and bills of quantities (considering production time, materials and labour)
· Take ownership to maintain our profitability by allocating budgets for each element of a construction project, while also supervising any changes to the financial aspects of ongoing deliveries
· Analyse the legal, technical and financial risks of a project
· Research and propose technical and economic solutions
· Select companies and propose partnerships, managing all communications and relations with technical and purchasing departments, both internal and external
· Evaluate the profitability and viability of projects, making recommendations to the Delivery team
· Participate in the preliminary financial phase of projects
· Consult with suppliers: organise and analyse offers research and analyse financial reports and market trends, establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for Agilité, and track the company’s financial health and performance in a bid to identify areas for potential improvement, as well as minimising financial risk.

Qualifications.
- Architect, Engineer or Quantity Surveyor, or studies in business school, specialising in the construction sector
- At least 5 years’ experience as a finance manager
- Proficient computer skills
· Fluency in Italian and English. Any other European language would be an asset.

· Salary range: €37,000 - 45,000
