Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Safety Specialist
Di cosa ti occuperai?
Raccolta ed elaborazione dei documenti necessari all’accesso «on site»:

Recepimento delle clausole contrattuali riguardanti la documentazione di sicurezza;

Redazione delle autocertificazioni richieste a contratto, previa confronto con ufficio Contratti e/o ufficio Legale in caso di clausole sbilanciate a sfavore di Schneider Electric;
-
Redazione del Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi specifici e/o del Piano Operativo di sicurezza, sulla base degli elementi risultanti dall’offerta, dall’ordine e dalla documentazione di sicurezza ricevuta dai Clienti;
-
Raccolta dei documenti dei subfornitori e verifica di congruenza.
Raccolta dei documenti aziendali e personali
-
Controllo della documentazione aziendale;
-
Controllo di adeguatezza della documentazione dei tecnici Schneider coinvolti nei lavori;
Dialogo con il Cliente
-
Contatto diretto con il cliente per documentazioni, chiarimenti o deroghe sui documenti;
-
Partecipazione alle riunioni di coordinamento della sicurezza indette dai CSE, sia in presenza che online;
Quali skills e competenze ricerchiamo?

Diploma o laurea nel settore, in economia o affini;
-
Esperienza, anche breve, nel ruolo o in mansioni amministrative;
-
Meticolosità nei dettagli per garantire l'accuratezza dei dati inseriti;
-
Capacità di comunicare efficacemente con l’organizzazione Service ed i clienti interni ed esterni;
-
Capacità di gestione del lavoro sotto stress;
-
Propensione al lavoro di squadra;
-
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
