Your role & impact:
As Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.
You act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities
- Drive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability
- Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines
- Handle challenging interpersonal situations professionally and support a positive team environment
- Take ownership of specific store responsibilities and lead initiatives in line with business needs
- Step in for the Store Manager when required
What we are looking for in you:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance
- Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level)

Retribuzione: a partire da €31.300,00 all'anno
