- The Creative Strategist: You have a "design-first" eye. You understand the nuances of Art Direction, Photography, and Copy, and you know how to give feedback that elevates the work.
- The eCommerce Visionary: You see Amazon as a massive creative canvas. You know exactly what visual cues and copy hooks make a customer click "Add to Cart."
- The Systems Thinker: You excel at leveraging established brand frameworks to deliver compelling and innovative creative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Creative Operations, Integrated Production, or Content Strategy.
- Digital Commerce Native: Proven track record of delivering "best-in-class" eCommerce content and Amazon brand experiences that drive measurable growth.
- Multi-Disciplinary Background: Familiarity with Art Direction and participating in high-end photography/video shoots.
- Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of Generative AI tools and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian or German is highly advantageous.
