We work with businesses, content teams and creative partners to coordinate digital media campaigns, technology-supported content production and communication projects from initial planning through final delivery.
We are looking for a Media Project Coordinator who can keep multiple projects organised, support internal teams and ensure that deadlines, budgets and quality standards are consistently met.
You will serve as a central point of coordination between content creators, marketing specialists, technical teams, external suppliers and clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured project work, clear communication and solving day-to-day operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Support the planning, scheduling and delivery of media, content and marketing projects from project launch through completion.
Timeline Management:
Create and maintain project schedules, track deadlines and follow up with team members to ensure that key milestones are completed on time.
Team Communication:
Coordinate updates between internal departments, clients, freelancers and external suppliers to keep everyone informed about project requirements and progress.
Project Documentation:
Prepare project briefs, status reports, meeting notes, task lists and other documentation needed to support efficient project delivery.
Resource Coordination:
Help organise team workloads, production materials, vendor requirements and other resources required for each project.
Quality Control:
Review project materials for accuracy, completeness and compliance with agreed client requirements before final delivery.
Budget Support:
Track project expenses, supplier costs and approved budgets while reporting any potential issues to the project manager.
Client Support:
Participate in client meetings, record requirements and provide clear project updates under the guidance of senior team members.
Risk Identification:
Identify scheduling conflicts, missing information or production delays and communicate them early so that appropriate solutions can be arranged.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, media operations, marketing coordination, content production or a related position.
Project Management Skills:
Strong ability to organise tasks, manage competing deadlines and maintain accurate project records.
Communication:
Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and external partners.
Technical Skills:
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Attention to Detail:
A careful and organised approach to reviewing documents, tracking changes and ensuring that project requirements are followed.
Problem Solving:
Ability to respond calmly to changing priorities, production issues and unexpected project delays.
Language Skills:
Professional proficiency in Italian is required. A good working level of English is also required for documentation and communication with international partners.
Education:
A degree or professional qualification in media, communications, marketing, business administration or a related field is preferred.
Mindset:
You are dependable, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for your work. You understand that successful media projects require clear planning, consistent follow-up and strong teamwork.
