Livoltek, a member of the Hexing Group, is expanding its technical team in Italy and is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to support the growth of its solar and energy storage business.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with experience in C&I solar PV systems, PV inverters, batteries, energy storage solutions, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for C&I PV inverters and energy storage systems.
- Carry out product commissioning, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical issue resolution.
- Provide on-site and remote after-sales support to customers, installers, and partners.
- Deliver technical training on products, installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Experience in the solar PV, renewable energy, or energy storage industry.
- Strong knowledge of C&I PV systems, inverters, batteries, and ESS solutions.
- Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Italian fluency is required; English is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Italy when required.
