Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Compliance: Support the collection and verification of employee onboarding documents, ensuring strict compliance with Italian labor laws and company timelines.
- Platform Management: Manage employee onboarding and digital profiles within the Zucchetti platform.
- Health & Safety: Coordinate and track mandatory security course certificates and assist in organizing mandatory employee medical checks.
- Absence & Document Management: Administer medical certificates, various types of employee leave, and expense reimbursement procedures.
- HR Operations: Assist in drafting employment contracts, contract variations, and probation period letters.
- Data Quality Control: Regularly review Zucchetti system data to identify and resolve anomalies for both office and retail store staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, or a related humanities field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in an HR role or internship.
- Soft Skills: Highly motivated, dynamic, curious, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
