Join the Beverages & Beer Portfolio Team and make an impact by empowering the Sidel Sales network and front-line teams, accelerating business growth through cutting-edge solutions including Regular Fillers, Combi, and SuperCombi.
- Be in contact with Sales network and monitor business opportunities;

Participate to customer meetings in support of front-line teams by bringing complementary expertise;

Ensure training of Sales forces on portfolio (existing or new product line);

Maintain close contact and proximity with Product Managers (portfolio, performances, etc.);

Notify Product Manager if a decision is needed (e.g. specific commitment, derogation, etc.);

Be a support to Product Managers for Product Development: market needs, business cases and field test research;

Collect information from competition (Price positioning, technical performances etc.) and share within organization;

Participate to the Value Selling construction (value selling tools, options catalogue, etc.);

Keep continuous contact with pre-contracting teams to support quality of quotations/offers;

Support and be the first contact for Key Accounts needs and requests;

Participate to conferences and tradeshows to support promotion of portfolio;

Hot deals tracking;

Participation in customers meetings;

Identification of new business opportunities;

Training of sales forces;

Identification of best promotion arena (tradeshows, conferences etc.);

Identification of optimum product configuration based on customer needs;

Active support on pre-contracting special quotation;

Market needs collection for PDP;

Field test research (PDP).
- Experience as Business Development Manager;

Experience in Sales / Account Management;

Experience in Product Management;

Experience as Technical support;

Master Degree or equivalent;

Proficency in English;
