Our Team Managers are a fundamental part of our business.
Floor Management and Operations
As a leader in the business, you will maintain a seamless back of house function and support the selling teams by ensuring a clean, organized and efficient working environment, contributing to the overall store success.
You will lead and develop the operations team through:
inspiring hands-on team management and coaching
maintaining inventory levels and controls
best-in-class operations management
maintain product availability to improve efficiency and maximise client experience
effectively managing vendor relationships
managing all internal auditing
improving BOH processes and monitoring your operations budget.
Client and Business Development
Support the team in building long term Client relationship, leveraging the different clienteling tools to to ensure the highest level of Client experience
Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation.
Proactively provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market and Client needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team.
- Partner with the team to cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with High Jewelry and High Watchmaking clients, offering a truly bespoke experience aligned with the unique expectations of this clientele.
- Champion a culture of discretion and elevated service, ensuring each client interaction reflects the exceptional value and rarity of the pieces.
Team Management and Development
Support your team with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, partner with the Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual development plans.
Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance.
Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers.
Profil
Your impact:
Background in retail operations, with accountability for driving and delivering full store operational and commercial results
Previous experience in identifying and leveraging business opportunities to ensure the achievement of your teams goals
