·we are looking for a sailor to join one of our beutiful Marina in the Mediterranean, D Marin Porto Mirabello.
Main responsabilities are:
Docking and undocking boats
o Support /direct owners in mooring / berthing according to approved plans
o Moving boats in the marina to ensure max efficiency.
o Assist boat owners to pedestal usage and report to technical teams in case of failure.
o Handling lines, fenders, and boat hooks, and may require coordinating with other marina staff to ensure safe and efficient boat traffic flow. Ensure that the above are in good condition.
Customer Service
o Providing excellent customer service to boat owners and guest in the marina (including but not limited to i.e. providing directions, answering questions)
o Communication with the guests, boat captains, in coordination with the reception and supervisors
· Record keeping
o Maintaining harbor log / keeping accurate records of boats in the marina
· Health, Safety and wellbeing
o Participation in the regular inspection of marina safety systems and mooring equipment
o Ensuring that the marina is free of debris and hazards.
o Abide to H&S D Marin golden rules
· Other /Maintenance
o Check radio traffic when office is closed.
o Perform routine check in the marina and harbour to ensure all facilities are in good working order and inform accordingly.
o Maintaining landscape
o Responding to alarms and emergencies in the harbour
o Oversee the disposal of waste in accordance with local regulations.
Retribuzione: €1.400,00 - €1.600,00 al mese
