The Project Engineer will join the Global Facilities & Engineering team at our production site in Noventa Padovana (PD). In this role, the candidate will lead and coordinate engineering projects related to utilities, HVAC systems, equipment installation, electrical infrastructure, and automation, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP standards.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, the candidate will transform business needs into effective technical solutions and manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from design and installation to qualification and handover, contributing to operational excellence and production reliability.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects involving utilities, HVAC, equipments, electrical infrastructure, and automation systems, balancing technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and schedule commitments.
- Manage project execution throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements definition and design to installation, qualification, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP requirements, quality standards, data integrity principles, and applicable EHS regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, HSE, and Procurement to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Manage relationships with engineering contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, scope, quality, and timelines.
Advise and approve strategy for deviations resolution and CAPAs implementation.

- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Not less than 2 years of experience in process engineering, project engineering, or plant engineering/operations, preferably within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or food manufacturing. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements and qualification activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and experience using AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project) is considered an advantage.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning, a strong sense of ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.
