We're Bet Brothers, an Italian company with over 150 years of heritage, owner of the premium kitchen brands FB Kitchenware and Bet Coltelleria. We create premium kitchen products combining craftsmanship, innovation and Italian design, and our e-commerce business is growing rapidly worldwide.
We're looking for a creative and fast Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team full-time, on-site at our headquarters in Gavi (AL), Italy.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow the social media presence of both our brands (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more).
- Create daily content: photos, videos, Reels and stories.
- Shoot, edit and publish content independently using CapCut and the latest video creation tools.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to create high-impact content.
- Tell our story through compelling editorial content, bringing to life over 150 years of heritage.
- Collaborate on campaigns, launches and e-commerce initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Fluent Italian and English are mandatory.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong editorial mindset.
- Proven experience in social media and content creation.
- Excellent knowledge of CapCut, video editing and AI content creation tools.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva or similar).
- Passion for cooking, food and premium lifestyle products.
- Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, speed and attention to detail.
- Someone who can produce high-quality content independently from idea to publication.
- Driving licence and own car (mandatory).
Location: Gavi (AL), Italy – On-site only
Salary: RAL commensurate with experience.
