To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Accountant who will be part of our Finance Department playing a key role in accounts payable management, intercompany accounting, and the financial close process, while supporting the Company’s ongoing organizational evolution.

DUTIES
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of the accounts payable cycle and for supporting Group accounting activities.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):

Management, monitoring, and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, ensuring consistency across legal entities;

Recording, verification, and control of accounting entries, in compliance with accounting principles and internal procedures;

Operational support to Group‑level consolidation activities, providing accurate and reliable accounting data

Monitoring of tax and administrative deadlines;
-
Contribution to the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls;

Active involvement in the integration and development of new accounting areas within SAP Business One, supporting system evolution and process efficiency.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace industry;

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;

Excellent written and oral communication in English.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Strong experience in end‑to‑end Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution;

Proven ability in managing and reconciling intercompany accounting transactions, within a multi‑entity environment;

Solid expertise in General Ledger activities and month‑end close processes, ensuring data consistency and reliability;

Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and a structured approach to process improvement and standardization;

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills;

Continuous learning attitude and commitment to excellence;

Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and stakeholder needs;

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS

Previous experience in the aerospace industry or in highly regulated industrial contexts (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar);

Previous experience in Group or multi‑company accounting environments;

Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP solutions, supporting accounting operations and system evolution;

Familiarity with process optimization initiatives and digitalization of accounting activities;
